Crisp Cuts & Styles is currently seeking skilled Barbers to provide exceptional barbering
services in a professional atmosphere. As a Crisp Cuts employee, you will strive to be a technically advanced, educated health beauty expert, who is committed to positively enriching our team members and guests. You will exceed guest needs and expectations by providing individualized services and treatments.
Provide upscale barbering services including, cuts, shapes, trims and finishing techniques.
Trim and shape hair outline, beard, or neck line.
Ensure work area and tools remain clean and presentable.
Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens.
Stay informed and educated in current Styles and retail product offerings.
Uphold the Crisp Cuts Mission, Vision, and Core Values, consistently increasing guest retention and service sales and maintain a minimum retail sale per guest.
Follow all state barber and spa regulations: update, cleanliness and sanitation.
Actively participate in advance training or ongoing education in specific skill trade at Crisp Cuts.
Barber license in State where work is to be performed
1 - 2 years of experience preferred but not required.
Strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building
Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress, and strives for growth
