About the Employer
We are a boutique salon in beautiful western Shawnee Kansas. We have 8 chairs (open to part time and full time stylists), hoping to add two more stations and another shampoo bowl in the next year or so. We offer so many amenities for your clients wellness and relaxation. We have a fun boutique full of premium hair products, jewelry, purses, candles and lots of gift ideas. I offer a commission to our stylists on the boutique items and products they sell. We offer full and part time rent opportunities. We have a friendly core of talented women who genuinely enjoy each other and the world of all things hair! We are looking for fun, easy going, but self motivated stylists to join our tribe and find success in this amazing industry. We do have openings for four part time stylists (three days or less) or 2 full time stylists (24/7 access to our salon).Who fits best in this position
I’m looking for hairstylists who can stand on their own two feet (out of school a year or so ideally) who are creative, self motivated, professional, good at managing their own clients and business, get along with other stylists and not too loud or abrasive, still building and taking on new clients, mid range to higher price range for services with their clients, able to clean up after themselves and PROFESSIONAL.
