Lilac Roots is a laid back atmosphere providing luxury services. We are a team based salon who focus on elevating both our craft and ourselves personally. You can create the schedule you have always wanted, no stylist is ever asked to work over 32 hours/week. We offer part time positions as well if its what better suites your personal needs. We provide all our stylist the tools for unlimited earning potential, with bonuses. Our list of benefits include paid sick leave/personal time, paid vacation, and insurance for full time employees. The salon provides literally everything needed to our stylist including all tools! We are committed to making a real change in our industry and what it means to work at a commission salon. The owner of Lilac Roots created Rose & Locks Extension Method, and is passionate about educating other stylist in this method and in business. We are looking to build an education team for the Rose & Locks Method to bring all of the same possibilities to stylist across the country. With expanding our brand and the scope of what we offer we hope that we can always keep our staff challenged and excited! The stylist that would benefit the most from joining our team, a. needs to love tacos and margaritas, and b. is committed to growing.
What that looks like to us is someone who is a self starter, goal motivated, passionate about education and above all else loves helping others.
Things that will help you succeed in our environment is excellent communication skills, being able to use technology to some degree, and willing to jump in and be versatile.
Laughter is a huge part of our day, and not taking everything so serious, including ourselves! So being open and accepting is a must!
