About the Employer
We are a summit certified salon with commissioned staff. Besides hair we offer manicures and pedicures, Norvell spray tan system, massage waxing/sugaring and skin care. We are a busy salon and a good group to work with. We focus a lot on education within the salon (3-4) times a year and also try to get an outside trip in here and there. We work with levels within the salon with increasing percentages the higher the level. Retail is based on $’s brought in, up to 20%. We offer 10 mental health days per year to use at your discretion. You earn $’s per level to apply towards education annually. We have 2 shifts per day Monday through Thursday 8:30-2:30 and 3:00-9:00. You are required 1 night a week, most will choose 2 when starting out. We have a summit coach that works with us. 1 for the staff and I work with another on the business side.
