About the Employer
Lumine was established in Waldo in 2011 with just 3 people total in the company. Today we have 27 team members and two locations in Waldo and the Crossroads. Our team of 21 stylists is dedicated to continuing education, team work, and having fun at work. Our specialties include curly hair cutting, balayage, and straight razor cutting. We are an inclusive, gender neutral, and hourly based salon. * * We are a family owned business, and looking for a responsible and motivated person as a team leader at our Waldo location primarily. * * Hourly Base pay: $21 per hour Bonus pay: Additional bonus would increase the hourly rate between $2 - $8 per hour Optional 4 day work week. No Saturdays or late evenings, 35 - 40 hours per week.
