We can take care of the business side of things so you can focus on your craft. You control your income and have the freedom to set your own prices and make a flexible schedule. As a stylist owned salon, we have never been a fan of non-competes. You will have access to your clients information, and be able to contact them without giving out your personal phone number, so you can keep healthy boundaries and relationships. BUSINESS DRIVEN ARTISTS While we like to honor freedom as stylists, we are also all about the business, coaching you & creating an amazing client experience as individuals and as a team. We value education as leaders and learners. We are a part of the Destroy The Hairdresser community and have hosted a mix of amazing independent artists, as well as branded technical education including Goldwell Master Colorist Technician certification. We never have a lack of learning opportunities at Lumine, you just have to choose to participate! We have moved to an inclusive hourly booking model, we pay 50% commission across the board with no fees. We offer health, dental and contribute 1/3 as well as 100% vision for stylists working 31 hours or more. Paid vacation after one year of employmentWho fits best in this position
