She began her journey working within the core of the salon’s day to day operations- coordinating, managing, and working behind the chair. These experiences gave her an intimate understanding of both the creative and strategic sides of the business, from daily operations to team culture to the client experience. She also spent 2 years representing a hair extension brand in the trade show circuit, allowing her to build connections with fellow beauty industry professionals and its leading educators throughout the country.
Nichole has always been driven by growth and education. Whether it’s advanced technical training, business development, or understanding the evolving needs of modern salon owners. Her curiosity and commitment to elevating the industry naturally evolved into her next calling: becoming a beauty industry broker, a position that allows her to combine her expertise with her passion for helping others transition gracefully into their next chapter.
