Back in 2017, I realized something huge: beauty professionals were out there searching for real opportunities, real guidance, and real connection… and they weren’t finding it. The industry felt scattered — loud in all the wrong places and silent where it mattered most.

So I decided to change that.

Armed with decades of experience behind the chair as an employee, booth renter, manager, and as a former salon owner, I decided to start personally matching stylists and owners in Kansas City with the right spaces, teams, and opportunities. It was simple, scrappy, and completely fueled by heart — and it worked.

Word spread fast.

What began as a local matchmaking effort turned into a ripple… then a wave… and eventually a full-on movement. As I helped more owners and pros, a deeper truth emerged:

So I built the bridge our industry was missing.
Salonspa Connection grew into the first and only place designed specifically to help the beauty industry buy and sell businesses with clarity and confidence.

And the demand exploded.
