Business Broker- Independent Contractor Position
Do you have several years of salon, spa or barber industry experience as a business owner or consultant?
Do you love helping people while making great money and retaining your freedom?

A Salonspa Connection Business Broker sells salon industry businesses- we are a niche brokerage catering to our industry, only. We sell salons, spas, med spas, barber shops, SAAS, ecommerce, product companies, schools and any business within the beauty space!
Since 2019, we have worked very hard to establish a great reputation, reach a large audience and establish ourselves as the go-to in the salon industry for selling businesses! This has worked so well, we are in need of additional brokers to bring onto our team to help manage the large amount of seller requests we get, every day! Help Salon Industry Owners Exit Their Businesses
Being a business broker is a learned skill, which we will teach you. What we look for in a broker is:
- Works well independently & remotely
- Proactive- this position requires you to be responsive and engaging
- Organized & friendly
- Has a decent understanding of financial statements- tax returns, P&Ls, etc. This can be taught, but you will be ahead of the game if financials come easy for you.
- Active on social media
- Understands how to navigate basic computer technology & apps such as Google apps, CRMS and Facebook
- Is motivated to help and earn while changing people’s lives through buying and selling businesses
- Is able to provide for themselves or has financial support during the first 6-9 months of becoming a broker. Being a broker pays very well but the sales cycle is long. You will need to be able to support yourself for the first few months of becoming a broker.
- No criminal history
- A strong will to learn, grow and adapt to seller’s needs
