About the Employer
I'm the owner of the entire business as well as a working esthetician. Everyone else rents their suite from me and runs their business how they see fit. This includes scheduling, hours, cleaning of their suite, what products they use/retail, services they offer and pricing. We offer a variety of N/A beverages and snacks for clients which is provided by me as well as keeping all of the common areas clean. Renters are welcome to provide wine, beer or alcohol for clients and we do have a refrigerator where they can keep these items and just mark them as theirs. Because we're small we've never had an issue with people taking things that aren't theirs. I offer 24/7 access so they can work when they want, onsite free washer/dryer and detergent is provided, high speed wifi for staff and clients, windows in each suite, each suite has its own heating/cooling unit so each person can keep their suite at a temperature that is comfortable for them. We are located on the 2nd floor of a mixed office/retail building and directly above a Starbucks on the main thoroughfare of Whitefish Bay.
