About the Employer
We are small salon, currently with 2 stylists, looking for 2 more. Most of our clientele are local neighborhood residents. We get some walk ins but are mostly scheduled by appointment only. Each stylist is independent and is solely responsible for the space they rent and the supplies they require to perform their necessary responsibilities. Our ideal candidate is responsible for their own books, can bring in their own clientele, may use our back bar and sell our products for a commission, but can also bring in their own products if they wish do so so. They should be drama free and respect our individual spaces as well do the same. Creative freedom is completely available and we’re willing to make any positive changes to accommodate their needs.
